What the ballot said

Shall West Carroll Parish School District of the Parish of West Carroll, State of Louisiana (the "District"), continue to levy a 6.51 mills tax on all the property subject to taxation within the District (an estimated $467,400 reasonably expected at this time to be collected from the levy of the tax for an entire year), for a period of 5 years, beginning with the year 2027 and ending with the year 2031, for the purpose of giving additional support to the public schools in the District, said millage to represent a .04 mills increase (due to reappraisal) over the 6.47 mills tax authorized to be levied through the year 2026 pursuant to an election held on November 13, 2021?
